Taste Great, Less Filling

Low-Cal, high taste– the best low cal sports drink. Sport drinks are tricky. Some are delicious, but way too many of them just suck, especially the low-cal ones. Men’s Fitness tried all the major brands, then asked Jeffrey Hampl, Ph.D., R.D., a professor of nutrition at Arizona State University, to assess their nutritional benefits. I liked the Vitaminwater best for taste and nutritional benefits.

Glacéau Vitaminwater 10 multi-v Lemonade
calories 25/ carbs 10G/ per 20-oz. bottle

Mild lemon flavor, similar to restaurant style lemonade. “Hampl was won over by the nutrients. All natural fructose, stevia, and sugar alcohol keep the calories low. And it’s loaded with fortified nutrients, so it’s almost like drinking a multi-vitamin.”

Another stand out from the group of drinks was Gatorade G2 Bluberry, but it has 70 calories and 17G of carbs per 20-oz bottle. But at this rate, you’re probably better off quenching your thirst with Vitmainwater.

Yeah man, gotta agree.. sports drinks are a tricky one! You don’t want to counter the benefits of your workout with an unsuitable drink though! Nice site :)
